By accessing and using HardwareHQ, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

HardwareHQ is an AI hardware decision platform that provides free tools for calculating VRAM requirements, comparing cloud GPU pricing, checking hardware compatibility, and browsing AI model specifications. Core product features are free. The site is funded by disclosed affiliate partnerships and optional sponsorships — not user subscriptions.

3. User Accounts

Some optional features may require an account. If you create one, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.

HardwareHQ reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms of service or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our service, to understand our practices. By using HardwareHQ, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Affiliates, Sponsorships & Payments

We may earn commissions from cloud GPU providers and hardware retailers when you use our affiliate links, at no extra cost to you. Sponsored placements (when present) are labeled. We do not charge a subscription fee for core tools.

Legacy Stripe checkout endpoints may still exist for historical billing support. New Pro subscriptions are not offered. Contact hardwarehq.dev@gmail.com for billing questions.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with or disrupting the service
• Using automated tools to access the service excessively
• Reproducing, duplicating, or distributing our content without permission

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HardwareHQ, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our site prior to the change becoming effective.
